ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
KU BODY WORKSHOP 101 is a half a day workshop at KU PERFORMANCE where you will learn the ins and outs of a successful fitness routine that focuses on the 3 components we use at Ku: Essential, Effective, Efficient.
We will cover and layout everything from mindset, training, nutrition, programming, and proper exercise technique. We believe in creating a learning environment for those looking to gain more knowledge and experience about health, fitness, and overall performance.
Who is the Workshop For?
If you have a fitness and health resolution for the New Year, this can give you the blueprint you need to make sure you see it through.
This is also a great workshop for those interested in expanding their knowledge and looking to take their fitness and health to the next level. The Workshop is also a great way for fitness professionals who are new to the industry, want to experience Ku Performance, and interested in our approach to fitness, health, and overall performance.
The Ku Body Workshop 101 will be led by Ku Performance Owner and Head Coach, Daniel Aipa. The workshop runs from 9am to 12pm on Saturday, January 12th.

STORY OF KU: What does Ku Mean? Who is Ku? What does it mean to Hawaiian Culture? Why Ku Performance?
MINDSET: Learn the 3 Pillars of what it takes to be Ku: Dedication, Determination, and Discipline.
NUTRITION SIMPLIFIED: Approach to nutrition, macronutrients, the best diet for you, and how individualize nutrition for YOU
PERSONALIZE PROGRAMMING: Learn how you can create your our program that fits your goals and maximizes your results
HANDS ON COACHING: Learn how to properly warm-up, exercise variations and progressions, and receive insights from Coach Aipa about how to make proper adjustments according to your strength and fitness levels
Q&A and Closing: This is the time to ask the Ku Team and Coach Daniel Aipa any questions you may have to make sure you get as much valuable information during your time at Ku Performance
